We authorise Sheriff & Penny Private Bailiffs Ltd to proceed with the process of taking back possession of the tenant’s property as directed by the law. This authorisation serves as sufficient warrant, authority, and indemnification against all actions in law, as well as against any costs, charges, or expenses that may be incurred or for which liability may arise due to executing this authority. We undertake not to hold Sheriff & Penny Private Bailiffs Ltd or its appointed agents accountable for any reason.
